The Bisarek family has deep roots in the meat industry. In 2001, Ken was inducted into the American Association of Meat Processors Cured Meats Hall of Fame. Ken and Kris have also been recognized for their contributions to the industry, receiving the Meritorious Service Award from the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors and the Outstanding Service Award from the American Association of Meat Processors. Curt has also become actively involved in Wisconsin's meat-processing industry, including serving on the Board of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors.
Since opening, Mr. B's has earned numerous honors in statewide competitions, capturing championship trophies for ham, bacon, snack sticks, summer sausage, and jerky. Guided by family recipes and a commitment to small-batch craftsmanship, our goal has never been to be the biggest—only the best.
